I borrowed a CD without a CD inside of it, what should I do?
It is a good idea to check CD and DVD cases before you check items out, because disks sometimes do get separated from their cases. Call your Library branch as soon as possible to report the missing disk. It is possible that the missing disk has been found, and can be put together with the case. Even if the disk is not at the Library, it will help you not be held responsible for the missing item. And please bring the situation to the attention of Library staff when you return the item, either by returning it directly to the Membership desk and speaking to someone, or putting a note on the case if you return it when the Library is closed.
