How do you figure out which songbook a song is in?

Our library has indexed the contents of most of our songbooks so that one can do a title or keyword search on a song's title and discover which songbook has that song. It is not 100%, some collections have several hundred songs and in those cases they either aren't cataloged or just the song titles which are featured in the publisher's notes get highlighted.
