Do you have e-books for the Nook? How do I get them?
You'll find that both Overdrive and EBSCOHost require that you download Adobe Digital Editions in order to read offline. Luckily the Nook is an Adobe Digital Editions compatible eBook reader.
Go to the library website at www.aclibrary.org, click on "eBooks & eAudiobooks" then click on the tab for Overdrive. Here you'll find a link to take you to a list of compatible eBook readers, which includes the Nook. Also on this page, you'll find complete instructions on how to install Adobe Digital Editions and transfer eBooks onto your eBook compatible device. Overdrive has an especially strong help section to walk you through the steps of transferring eBooks and eAudiobooks to compatible devices.
Also from the link "eBooks & eAudiobooks" on the library's homepage, you can click on the tab for EBSCOHost. You'll be given complete information on how to download EBSCOHost eBooks on this page. You'll also find the help section in EBSCOHost useful for additional questions you may have on how to transfer your downloaded eBook onto your Nook.
