Q. I can't log in to my RBdigital account!

I tried logging in to my RBdigital account using my email, but it doesn't work! What should I do?


Answer

RBdigital can be very picky about your username, which isn't always the same as your email address.  A good way to find out if you are using the correct username is to go to the RBdigital sign in page and do the following:

  • Click on "Sign in" in the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click on "Forgot PASSWORD/USERNAME?" link under the fields where you would sign in
  • Enter your email address and then confirm it when prompted
  • Check the email you receive in a minute or so.

The email will look something like this:

The email will tell you your username and will allow you to click through to change your password if you would like to do so.  Once you know your username, try logging in again using it instead of your email.
