Q. Why don't I receive email hold notices from Libby?
I had holds placed at OverDrive, but I never got a notice when the books came in. I like to use Libby.
It's possible that you are one of a few people whose Libby account is either using a default email address for hold notices or simply doesn't have an address set. This happens when you set up Libby without adding an email address under "Manage Hold Notices." It's an easy step to miss. Check out this video for quick instructions.
If you see an email address you don't recognize, don't worry! It's an internal library email reference address that Libby is picking up to fill in the empty field. There is no information that identifies you on the email that we receive. Just go ahead and replace that address with your own email address.
